  MSO of Puerto Rico, Inc. (MSO) was established on the Island in April of 2007, originally as a department within MMM Healthcare, Inc. (MMM) and PMC Medicare Choice, Inc. (PMC) to offer management support to medical groups. On August 1, 2009, MSO was established as an independent corporation within the Aveta Inc. conglomerate to offer services to the entire provider networks of MMM and PMC and all of the medical community.

   

Raising the level of operational quality

This management services organization supports medical groups and other types of entities in the healthcare industry, providing a variety of services that assist these entities in utilization management, operational management and to support the quality levels of patient care.
